Hi,
Couple of quick questions..
1)Has anyone sucessfully got a bookmaker to remove their stake restriction once they realise you're arbing (i.e Bluesq restricted me to 10% of a normal punter) ?
If so, how did you do it?
2) Other than having very understanding and trusting friends and family, does anyone have any tips on setting up new accounts under friends/family names without getting them to give up their passport/utility bills to get a moneybookers/prepaid credit card? People don't mind me opening bookmaker accounts in their name but as soon as I mention the funding side, people aren't keen.
3) Here's a list of things I think should be avoided to stay under a bookie's radar...
a) Large withrawals.
b) Betting odd amounts (i.e 103.34)
c) Going back for the same bet twice or twice on different outcomes.
d) Betting at their maximum for an event.
e) Betting on obscure markets (e.g Greek first division football)
Starting to think that maybe sometimes bookies set up an arb on an obscure market to see who backs it. Any truth in that?
Anyone have any other tips on avoiding being noticed by the bookies or anyone have knowledge on what triggers individual bookies into closing you down?
Any help would be appreciated and good luck to all of you trying to make a few quid.
Jed
